What is "wonky"? Is this an Ohio State word?
Yup. Wonky as in "acting" funny.
People from Ohio think all people from Michigan are slightly wonky.
Wonky means shaky or unstable.
It's a common word that has been hijacked by computer nerds to specifically apply to hardware or software that is not performing as expected.
