How does your chowder recipe compare with Chauncy Creek's, which was the best I've ever tasted!
Hey Deb-I actually can't remember what Chancey Creek's chowder tastes like, but I'm going to guess that it's clam and cream based.Now if my guess is right then my chowder is thinner in consistency and because it's a fish rather than clam, the spices play a bigger role in the taste. I love both milk based clam and cream based clam chowders, but this fish chowder is different than those and it's the best bone warming soup I've ever had.
